Homes have been selling quickly in River Walk and we are now booked out on ranch style homes through October 2021. If you are ok having stairs, we have 3 two-story homes that are under construction.

River Walk homes will have modern, sleek finishes from the cabinet pulls, to the door handles, to the ceiling fans.

The cabinet pulls will go on the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms.

These modern door handles will be found on the interior doors.

Ceiling fans will come standard in the living room and master bedrooms. Buyers can upgrade the other bedrooms to ceiling fans as well.
