The last phase in the River Walk subdivision is now in progress. The sidewalks are in and we are expecting to see the asphalt laid within the next few weeks. Soon residents will have a smooth and clear path to the Colorado Riverfront Trail, which is one of the best features of the neighborhood.
The framing crew has begun framing the first house in filing 3 which will be a 4 bedroom, Sorano-B floor plan on lot 34. We are anticipating that home to be completed in October 2022. Lot 30 is also seeing some action with the underground utilities and foundation poured for the Benassi-A floor plan.
